Desired Profile As a Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for Primary & Secondary Sales, handling new & existing product lines for the Company, manage 15-20 team members with regular follow-up of monthly, Quarterly targets, Yearly Sales & Reports analysis for forecasting sales.

Responsibilities a.       Capable to handle 200 and above distributors in entire Karnataka

b.       Capability to handle 12 Cr. Per annum independently.

c.       Willing to travel as per business requirements.

d.       Analyses distributer performance, strategies for supporting them to increase primary.

e.       Responsible for Secondary & Primary Monthly and Yearly sales targets

f.        Monitoring 15-20 team members and handling

g.       Increasing potential of Modern Trade

h.       Forecasting & Sales planning on weekly and monthly basis.

i.        Analyze the market trends to address the business opportunities and issues

j.        Prepare work plans; establish marketing strategy; conduct the market evaluation.

  1. Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses.

l.        Fixes monthly targets for the Branches; communicate with the SO  & TSI follow-up;

m.     Scheme implementation in the Market given by the organization.

n.       Role play in Increasing the potentiality of Modern Trade

o.       Restructuring the routes and beats, as and when required, to get effective sales

p.       Training, Motivating and keeping a track of the performance of the SO/TSI to achieve sales targets

q.       Ensure Product Availability and visibility at Retail level
Proper display of POP Material.

r.        Develop the new ideas to beat competitors market or product.

s.        Coordinate with other departments in the company like Production and administration.

t.        Keeping up to date to Senior Managers.

Professional Qualifications

 

a.       Any Graduate/Post Graduate who is having 8-12 years of experience in similar profile in any FMCG Organization (preferably hair oil industry).

c.       Decisive and action oriented with leadership quality

d.       Assertive, Reliable, multi-tasking, team worker and proactive
